1. Wake up early

A good way to start you day is to wake up early. It will give you enough time and space to prioritise yourself and complete your morning routine. Having 2 to 3 hours to yourself before you leave for work makes it easier to plan and set up your day.

With the Hatch alarm clock , it's the most gentle alarm I've ever come across. You wont be late or in a hurry, You wont wake up feeling groggy and tired.

2.Hydrate

Drinking water first thing in the morning is not as common as you think, Alot of us are struggling out here when it comes to hydration, but if you look at the upsides to it, even if its one glass of water, there are alot of benefits of drinking water, after getting up from bed.

Drinking water on an empty stomach gets rid of toxins and waste that accumulated from the previous night, Studies have also shown that Drinking water has been proven to boost your metabolic rate.

Water is not only beneficial for our bodies; it is amazing for our brains too. Staying hydrated is essential since it improves our cognitive abilities such as concentration and alertness making us more productive
